Here is this week’s Latino Rebels Radio show.

Jorge Herrera is a Mexican-American Donald Trump supporter from California who explains why he thinks Latinos are all wrong about Trump.

New York-based immigration lawyer Matthew Kolken shares his thoughts about how the recent announcement of planned raids by ICE will affect the already backlogged immigration court system.

Finally, we wrap up the show with Arizona news. The state can’t seem to get their ballot issue in order and this is causing havoc yet again. Adrian Fontes joins us. Adrian is an Arizona native, former U.S. Marine and attorney with more than 10 years experience in criminal prosecution, law enforcement and issues of constitutional rights. He’s also a candidate for Maricopa County Recorder.

Some things to note about the section with Jorge:

  • His claim that undocumented people are currently killing 25,000 Americans is not true. Jorge was citing a 2011 study from the GAO that looked into crimes of foreign nationals from 1955 to 2010. A little more context from one article: “…more than 25,000 foreign nationals were arrested for homicides over a 51-year period between August 1955 to April 2010, but not all of them were undocumented immigrants, nor ultimately convicted. Among the general population, there were 11,200 arrests for homicides in 2010 alone, the Department of Justice reported.”
  • The person whom Jorge insists is our founder, is not our founder.
