The following video, published Wednesday by the ACLU, provides an update about Jessica Colotl, a DREAMer whose DACA status was revoked in May, leading to national media coverage. A federal court in Georgia will hear Colotl’s case on Thursday June 8. She is at risk of deportation.
On May 23, the ACLU took legal action against the Trump administration in an effort to protect Jessica.
