Houston, TX (November 18, 2013) – It will be a full day of defying oppression for the Librotraficantes who were headed to Austin Wednesday morning to protest HB5 (More info: www.mastexas.org).

Afterwards, they will head over to the University of Texas and play a game called “You’re all Immigrants” because of this…

The Librotraficantes are having their own game Wednesday November 20, noon, West Mall of the University of Texas at Austin. It’s called “You’re All Immigrants.” The descendants of Illegal Pilgrims are encouraged to pick up their “illegal immigrant” sign and self-deport to the UT Young Conservatives and auto-collect the $25 rewards the UT Young Conservatives have offered.

Tony Diaz, El Librotraficante said, “I hope the students in the UT Young Conservatives club cashed their student loans because there will be way more immigrants then they ever imagined.”

Diaz added, “Ironically, we were headed to Austin to demand that the TX State Board of Education endorse Mexican American Studies for high schools. If the UT Young Conservative had taken Mexican American Courses they might be thanking immigrants instead of organizing this game.”

The Librotraficante Movement gained national and international attention by defying Arizona’s Prohibition of Mexican American Studies and organizing the 2012 Librotraficante Caravan to smuggle banned books back to Tucson.
