We Just Watched Latino Kids Curse Out Donald Trump

UPDATE: As expected, Donald Trump took the red meat and is blasting the video. Why wouldn’t he? Kids cursing at him is an easy target to rile up his base, the same base that spits at people.

The anti-Trump campaign from Latinos has now gone South Park, as the following video from Deport Racism shows:

We don’t know how we really feel but yes, these kids have to be actors, because no Latino parent would have their real kids dropping f bombs to the Internet. Guess we we raised in a different era when cursing was a mortal sin punishable by flying chanclas. We get the Trump anger, but having child actors hurl profanities? Best strategy? Really?

By the way, Deport Racism is a registered PAC. As its site explains:

DeportRacism.com is a registered non-profit Federal Election Commission political action committee (PAC) dedicated to fighting anti-Latino and anti-immigrant racism in the 2016 election. Using the power of shareable viral video content, impactful social media memes and headline-generating confrontations with presidential candidates who promote racism and xenophobia, DeportRacism.com is a movement of Latinos, immigrants and social progressives of all origins committed to fighting for equality and holding candidates accountable in the 2016 race for the White House. With its bold youth-centered and Internet-savvy approach, DeportRacism.com will work to turn out the Latino and progressive vote and give a voice to people Republican candidates try marginalize and use as scapegoats. We are the United States of America. “United” is in our name. We do support a massive deportation effort – but of racism, not people. Join the #DeportRacism2016 movement! Get involved and get a T-shirt to support cause and make a statement!

A quick search of DeportRacism.com on the Federal Elections Commission doesn’t reveal any results about who is behind this campaign, but the group’s FAQs reveal a few things, including information about its founder, who markets himself as a “American-born Mexican resident:”

Luke Montgomery is an American social media marketing activist, democratic digital strategist and viral video director who divides his time between his home in Chiapas, Mexico, where he lives with his Mexican boyfriend Santiago Cejudo, and Los Angeles. A believer in the power of politics to change things for the better, Luke’s cause-marketing work has been described by Entertainment Tonight as being “one of the hottest topics on the planet” with Inside Edition adding that it was “creating a national firestorm.” His recent edgy girls’ rights viral video sensation, “Potty-Mouth Princesses” was named by Mashable.com as the #1 viewed and shared viral ad on earth in October 2014, beating out Taylor Swift and Diet Coke, with over 35 million combined views – 14 million and 9 million of which came from a two Facebook posts alone. The “cussing for a cause” gender equality ad written and directed by Montgomery raised over $30,000 for women’s charities and won the 2014 Silver Epica Award, the only creative prize awarded by journalists from over 40 marketing and communications magazines and websites around the world. Luke is a believer in “marketing the things that matter.”

Latino Rights PAC Offers $5,000 “Bounty” to Disrupt Trump on NBC’s Saturday Night Live TV Broadcast
PAC Launches Viral Video Campaign with Latino Kids “F-Bombing” Trump’s Offensive Racist Statements as Part of Democrat-Funded DeportRacism.com Campaign

Los Angeles, CA – November 4, 2015 –  Angered that NBC invited Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to host NBC’s Saturday Night Live November 7th show, democratic FEC registered Latino rights PAC DeportRacism.com has taken the unprecedented move of offering a $5,000 “bounty” to anyone on the show’s set or in the studio audience who will disrupt the live TV broadcast with the words “deport racism” or “Trump is a racist.”  The aggressive action comes on the heels of the work of a coalition of mainstream Latino rights groups that are organizing behind the hashtag #RacismIsntFunny having little success convincing NBC that a person who calls Mexican immigrants “rapists,” “drug dealers” and “anchor babies” has no place on the storied stage of the iconic American comedy institution. Details of the “cash for confrontation” offer are spelled out on the group’s website, DeportRacism.com.

They sure like to sell a lot of t-shirts too.
