As Puerto Rico’s fiscal control board meets in New York City on Monday, a rally against austerity for the island organized by workers and unions happened outside the meeting place in Bowling Green. The rally featured several speakers, including AFT president Randi Weingarten, Aida Díaz of the Asociación de Maestros de Puerto Rico and Gerson Guzmán of 1199 SEIU. The rally was live streamed here:
