This past Tuesday, the United States Supreme Court heard oral arguments about the constitutionality of Puerto Rico’s fiscal control board. Some expected the Justices to weigh in more on the island-colony’s territorial relationship with the United States, but according to Equally American’s Neil Weare, who watched the events unfold, that wasn’t what happened. We talk with Neil about what he saw.
