For this new Latino Rebels Radio episode, here is one story out of Puerto Rico you might not be hearing much about. This Wednesday, the island-colony’s Senate is planning to vote on changes to the Civil Code. The problem is that some of the changes would severely limit the rights of different groups in Puerto Rico, from women to the LGBTQ community. We talk with activist Pedro Julio Serrano about what is happening and why now.
