A letter signed by more than 30 progressive organizations is calling for the Biden-Harris administration to establish clear priorities for Puerto Rico. The letter, shared with Latino Rebels on Tuesday morning, lists several policy initiatives for the island—including a full repeal of PROMESA and debt cancellation, the promotion of a just recovery for Puerto Rico, and immediately initiating a process of decolonization and self-determination.

The letter was released the same day that some of the organizations who signed the letter headed down to Delaware and raise awareness of policy priorities:
